Founded in 1608, Bushmills is the world’s oldest and most well established distillery. The Old Bushmills Distillery stands in Bushmills, county Antrim, where it is has proudly done so since 1784. Bushmills is triple distilled, which is made using a light, delicate and unpeated malt. Truly a feast for the senses.
The Dingle Whiskey Distillery is not in the business of creating megabrands, nor do we distil for anyone else. Our scale is modest, our approach to what we make is essentially artisan and we have rekindled the tradition of independent distilling in Ireland. Already our unique Dingle Whiskey is maturing in the mild, moist climate of Ireland’s south-west coast and, as it does so, you can enjoy the fruits of our labours in the form of Dingle Original Gin and Dingle Distillery Vodka.
Two heads are said to be better than one, and this whiskey adds serious weight to that argument. Emerging from a conversation between our head distiller and the head brewer of Cork’s Franciscan Well Brewery, Jameson Caskmates has been finished in stout-seasoned whiskey casks. While our triple-distilled smoothness is very much intact, notes of cocoa, coffee and butterscotch confirm the stout influence. Caskmates is a head-turning, modern Irish whiskey.
Lexington Brewing & Distilling Co. is the original craft brewery of the bluegrass and the first distillery to open post prohibition. Having acquired The Station Works Brewery in Newry Co. Down, Station Works has been quietly building a reputation for itself. Town Branch Bourbon will be the main feature of our bourbon cocktail experience as well as a festival special cocktail.
ST. PATRICK'S DISTILLERY
Our goal is to produce spirits of character, taste and personality. We have chosen potato as the alcohol base for our Vodka and Gins because of its unique natural sweetness, and its amazing versatility.Using small batch artisanal methods, we produce a 100% Potato Vodka and a variety of Potato Gins. The added bonus of a grain free distillation is that it’s also naturally gluten free.
