    Housed in a 19th-century creamery building, this terrific craft brewery launched in 2011 on 20 July – not coincidentally Tom Crean's birthday whom the single brew, a crisp, hoppy lager, is named after. Based in Dingle, Co. Kerry.

    Falling Apple is a new medium dry Irish Craft Cider which is made using a variety of Irish Cider Apples to create a truly unique taste. Their mission - to produce stunningly good Cider. Based in Co. Carlow.

    Lexington Brewing & Distilling Co. is the original craft brewery of the bluegrass and the first distillery to open post prohibition. Having acquired The Station Works Brewery in Newry Co. Down. They've been quietly building a reputation for itself among craft brewers everywhere. This year at RDS we will have our full range of Irish & American craft beers including our brand new extended Foxes Rock Handcrafted Ales range.

    Long Meadow Cider is a true artisan craft cider produced by father and son, Pat & Peter McKeever. Being in the apple industry for over three generations we know only too well the importance of high quality apples within high quality ciders. All our products are 100% natural and made from apples grown and harvested on our home farm and they are all gluten free. Our motto "From Plant to Pour".

  • LONGUEVILLE HOUSE CIDER

    Longueville House Cider was first developed by the late Michael O’Callaghan back in 2000 as a means to an end in making his Apple Brandy. A pioneering spirit he planted 25 acres of Dabinett and Michelin cider apples at the north-west side of the property based in the heart of The Blackwater Valley. The apples are harvested in the autumn every year.

    Born of a desire to see more beer produced by independent brewers in Ireland, Metalman Brewing is the brain-child of a couple of beer enthusiasts who were frustrated by the lack of availability and choice of flavoursome, authentically Irish beer. Inspired by some of the other small Irish brewers, they eventually decided to try and help do something about it. Metalman Brewing is a microbrewery in Waterford city.

    Here at Carlow Brewing Company, also known as O’Hara’s Brewery, we craft brew traditional Irish beers and our own interpretation of international beer styles, including our stouts and ales, wheat beers and lagers, all carrying the brewery founders family name O’Hara’s. Each beer is crafted using classic brewing methods to create the traditional Irish beers styles that have long since been forgotten by many of the larger breweries.

We love the idea of drinking local and fresh, unpasteurised beers, hand crafted in small batches by a guy called Peter, helped by Tom & Paul and tasted in our bars of a Thursday, with relish by Liam, Oliver, Dave, Lee and whoever is lucky enough to be there.

At Station Works we craft the latest edition to the Cumberland Breweries portfolio – Finn, an Irish craft lager and this site also houses our packaging facilities for the production of our bottle and can products.
